We're happy to arrange DHL pickup for returns at a discounted rate to provide a faster, easier, and more affordable returns option!

Upon purchasing this listing, you will receive:
> a message confirming your order
> a follow-up email from our team sent within the following business day, with all necessary documents for shipping your return(s) filled out and ready to print
> an email from DHL with the details of the shipment, followed by a phone call to arrange your pickup time

PLEASE BE SURE TO INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION during the checkout process as a comment on your order to ensure that we have all the necessary information to arrange your pick up:
> the order number and design number(s) associated with the item(s) for return
> your phone number and email address
> the address where DHL can collect the package from you
> desired pickup date and time frame

Please note that DHL does not operate on weekends. If you do not specify a desired time, we’ll go ahead and schedule the pickup within 48 hours of the listing purchase. If you do not include an email and address with the order details, we will use those provided at the time of purchase.

You will have the opportunity to confirm the location, date, and time frame when DHL calls you to finalize pickup details, but this information is required for us to make the initial scheduling request.

Before your scheduled pickup time, simply print the shipping documents, and pack your items for return with your completed return form.

Kindly refrain from altering the documents you receive from us, as this might cause issues with the pickup and processing of your return. Please note that in such cases, the customer may be subject to additional fees. Instead, please contact us with any questions so we can help.

Once we receive your package from DHL (within approximately 2-4 business days), we will send you a confirmation message, and will process your return and issue your refund within five business days.

If your package also includes garments for exchange, we will ship your replacement garments as quickly as possible. You will receive a new tracking number when we mail your exchange. Please make sure to also purchase the exchange processing fee listing.

If you do not wish to take advantage of our discounted DHL pickup option to mail your return, please do not purchase this listing. Instead, kindly follow the directions on our return form to mail back your garments.

We appreciate your understanding—we would not be able to reimburse you for your return shipping cost as we try to keep our prices relatively low.
