- Nose wire (built-in twist tie) for ultimate stability and comfort (non-corrosive)
- Made of two layers of Tencel jersey (tencel and lycra mix).
- Lovingly sourced and handmade by our atelier in Bulgaria (Europe).
- Machine wash on delicate cycle or hand wash in hot water. Lay flat to dry for best results. Please note that our masks are not pre-washed and are not pre-shrunk. They will shrink after a wash. If you dry them in a dryer, the mask will shrink a bit.
Possible Variations
All of our masks are lovingly handmade in Europe, and our team is working tirelessly to provide peace of mind for you and your loved ones! Since we strive to include as much information as possible in our listings to empower you to choose the best masks for your family, we have noted any possible variations for you here to consider:
- The elastics might vary from those pictured as we are working with numerous materials suppliers across Europe to meet the high demand.
- Keep in mind that based on various factors including lighting and the settings on your device, the colors of the masks might vary from those shown.
- As all of our masks are handmade, there is the potential for very slight size variation (less than 1cm in either direction). If your masks show a larger variation in size and you think you received the wrong size in error, please contact us prior to washing or wearing the masks so we can assist you.
- We’ve implemented an enhanced metal nose wire, which is a bit harder than our original nose wire. You may receive your order featuring both types of nose wire.
Please Note: For safety reasons, our face masks are ineligible for returns or exchanges. We strive to ship our mask orders from the US within 24 hours. For that reason, we cannot accept cancellations at this time.
DISCLAIMER- Our masks are not FDA approved and not medical masks but they provide a basic physical barrier consistent with the current CDC recommendations for face coverings.
- Per the CDC's recommendation, a reusable mask shouldn't be placed on your face multiple times without washing it because of potential contamination reaching your face during placement. You should have several clean masks to use throughout the day if you intend to remove it multiple times.

US mask orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail with a tracking number from our US fulfillment location. Orders are typically delivered within about 2-7 days once shipped. If you upgrade to express shipping, your order would be shipped via FedEx and then delivered within 2 business days.
US apparel orders primarily ship via DHL Express* from our European atelier. Once your order has been shipped, you can expect delivery within about 1-4 days.
*Please note that select garments will instead be shipped via FedEx from our US fulfillment center, based on availability. We’re always mindful of sustainability, and are excited to start mailing more items domestically to help minimize the use of international shipping! Your shipping confirmation email and order status page will display which shipping method is used for each item. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number and can expect delivery within about 2-7 days.
International mask orders ship via DHL Express from our European atelier. Once your order has been shipped, you can expect delivery within about 1-4 days.
International apparel orders ship via Deutsche Post from our European atelier. Once your order has been shipped, you can expect delivery within about 8-22 days. If you selected express shipping at checkout, or if your order exceeds a total weight of 4.4lbs (2kg), your order will be shipped with DHL Express and will be delivered within 2-6 days once shipped.
Please keep in mind customers may experience delivery delays based on how the operations of the courier services are impacted by COVID-19.
All orders are shipped with a tracking number. If the items in your order are shipped separately, you will receive multiple confirmation emails showing the items and corresponding tracking number. You can also log into your account to view your fulfillment status and tracking information.
Order processing times will vary by item and availability. If there is a preorder item in your order, your entire order will be mailed once all items are available for shipment.
Signature Requirement and Delivery Preferences
Orders shipped via DHL Express will automatically include a signature requirement, so please arrange delivery at a location where you or someone you trust will be sure to be during daytime hours. We recommend taking advantage of the signature requirement option for a more secure delivery, but if you wish to waive the requirement, you may do so directly through DHL prior to delivery. You will also have the option to edit your delivery preferences up through the date of delivery if desired.
Orders shipped via USPS, FedEx, or Deutsche Post will not include a signature requirement. You might prefer that the order be sent to your place of employment, to a trusted friend who could receive the package during delivery hours, etc. Please note that for orders shipped with these methods, there will be no way for us to edit shipping and delivery details once your order has been mailed, so please contact us immediately after placing your order if you wish to make any changes, and we will do our best to accommodate you if possible. We would not be able to issue a refund for any items shipped prior to processing your request for changes.
Kindly note that if the tracking number indicates that your package has been delivered, we consider the package delivered and, while we will do whatever we reasonably can to help escalate the issue with the courier, we respectfully won't be able to offer any resolution from our side.
Shipping Costs and Upgrades
Shipping varies by country and by item type. If you add the items to your shopping cart, you'll see the specific costs before checking out. International garment orders are also eligible for a shipping upgrade to DHL Express for a faster and more secure delivery for a small upgrade fee, so please review and select your preferred shipping option during the checkout process.
If you would like to upgrade the shipping on an existing (already placed) order, please contact us immediately so we may assist you if possible. In this situation, we’ll just send you an additional listing to purchase the upgrade.
Please note that any international order with a total weight of over 4.4 lbs (or 2 kg) will automatically be upgraded by us to DHL Express at no additional charge. If you are unsure whether your order will qualify for an automatic upgrade, please feel free to contact us prior to making your selection.
Lost Packages
Though we always strive to provide a superior customer experience, mail couriers on occasion experience lost/stolen/damaged packages. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for the couriers, and would not be able to reimburse you in the event that your package gets delayed, lost, stolen or damaged. We’d recommend that you contact the courier directly as they are best positioned to remediate the issue.
Customs duties and fees
Some countries charge additional customs duties and fees and customers are responsible for any such charges. As best as practicable, although we are by no means global customs experts, we strive to make customers aware of the possibility of such duties and fees in advance, and have included some general estimates by locations below for reference purposes.
< Canada: about 8-30%, depending on the province
< Australia: about 15%
< Israel: about 25%
< Singapore: about 7%
< Colombia: about 19%
< United Arab Emirates: about 5-10%
< Saudi Arabia: about 5-10%
< Qatar: about 5%
< South Korea: about 10%
< Taiwan: between 20-40% depending on garment;
< Japan: 20-38% of your order value, depending on type of garment and garment material
