Returns and Exchanges
Happy holidays! We've extended our return/exchange window for the holiday season! Any order placed from November 22nd through the end of December, 2020 may be shipped back to us if postmarked by January 25th, 2020. A $10 care charge applies to all products requiring special handling, such as dry cleaning. Please review our return policy for more information about returns and exchanges.
Eligible and Non-Refundable Items
Please note that face coverings and accessories, as well as all items marked "final sale," are non-refundable. Regular sale items may be returned or exchanged. "Clearance" items, however, may not be exchanged and can only be returned for store credit. Custom garments are not eligible for return or exchange.
Reimbursing You Timely
We will reimburse you within 7 business days of receiving your return. For exchanges, we will mail the replacement as quickly as possible and will send you a tracking number.
Our Gift To You
Feel free to keep the tote bag if you received one. It’s our small gift to you.
IMPORTANT INFO FOR CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE THE US:
You’d be returning the product(s) to our European office in Bulgaria. We are happy to offer a discounted shipping option, which is usually less expensive and faster than other shipping options. We can schedule a DHL pickup at a discounted rate of $35 USD. Please contact us with the specific pieces you’d like to return/exchange and we’ll send you a link to purchase the DHL shipping option.
If you decide not to take advantage of our discounted DHL return option, we suggest that you send your return with your country's governmental postal service with a tracking number to ensure your package's safe arrival. We ask that you kindly refrain from using an international courier such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT, etc. as intl' couriers charge a customs processing fee of about $50 USD with such global shipments. Please note that in this event, we would need to pass along any such fee to you in order to process your exchange/return.
