Returns and Exchanges
Happy holidays! We've extended our return/exchange window for the holiday season! Any order placed from November 22nd through the end of December, 2020 may be shipped back to us if postmarked by January 25th, 2020. A $10 care charge applies to all products requiring special handling, such as dry cleaning. Please review our return policy for more information about returns and exchanges.
Eligible and Non-Refundable Items
Please note that face coverings and accessories, as well as all items marked "final sale," are non-refundable. Regular sale items may be returned or exchanged. "Clearance" items, however, may not be exchanged and can only be returned for store credit. Custom garments are not eligible for return or exchange.
Reimbursing You Timely
We will reimburse you within 7 business days of receiving your return. For exchanges, we will mail the replacement as quickly as possible and will send you a tracking number.
