- Announcing our Holiday Extended Return/Exchange Policy! Any orders placed between November 15th and December 18th can be shipped back to us (postmarked) by January 15th.
- Within 14 days of receiving your order, please contact us at email@example.com and inform us of your order number and the names of the exact items you plan to exchange/return.
- Please fill out the enclosed return form to help us process your return/exchange.
- Within 30 days of receiving the order, mail the garment(s) in original, unworn condition to:

- Any desired exchange or return to Marcellamoda must be postmarked within 30 days of your originally receiving it.
- If you're unhappy with the fit, don't fret - we offer one free size exchange per garment! Kindly note that we're unable to provide a return shipping label, but we'd be happy to send your replacement item at no additional charge upon receiving your item for exchange.
- We strongly recommend using a first class or priority mail option with a tracking number to ensure the package’s safe arrival. We can reimburse you only after we receive your return.
- Kindly consider refraining from using an international courier such as FedEx, UPS, DHL, TNT, etc. and using instead of your country’s governmental postal service (such as USPS in the U.S.A.) - with a tracking number. With such global shipments, international couriers charge a customs processing fee of about $50 USD. Should you use an international courier, we would need to pass along to you this fee (whatever it may be) in order to process your exchange/return.
- When mailing us any exchange/return, in the process of filling out the customs declaration at your local governmental postal service, please be sure to reference the order number of your invoice and the exact amount paid (net of shipping) for the specific item(s) you plan to return or exchange. Unfortunately, failure to do so may result in significant penalties associated with your return or exchange on the part of the U.S. and/or E.U. customs authorities.
- Clearance items cannot be exchanged, only returned for store credit.
- Merchandise must have all tags attached.
- We will reimburse you within 5 business days of receiving your return. For exchanges, we will mail the replacement as quickly as possible and will send you a follow-up note with a tracking number.
- Feel free to keep the tote bag you received. It’s our small gift to you.
