We are extending our standard processing period to 1-4 weeks and will try to balance out the process of catching up on orders placed in March and making the so-needed face masks. Here are some more specific details (updated on April 6, 2020):

1) Outstanding orders: We've arranged for the utmost safety of our atelier team who's working part-time. They are working tirelessly to make masks and finish the orders delayed since early March. THANK you for your patience!!

2) Returns and exchanges - process: many of you have returns and exchanges that are in process (you received a shipping label from us or have already shipped your return/exchange package). We have started processing returns/exchanges that were in our possession this week and of course those that still remain in transit. We truly apologize for the delays! 

3) Returns and exchanges – new requests: we would be happy to create shipping labels for all of you.
